Description

Silvaco TCAD is a very powerful software for simulating semiconductor devices and their features. Silvaco is a leading provider of circuit simulation and IC in Canada. The software package of this company includes 5 organized products. Products are organized into 5 groups: Analog TCAD / Mixed-Signal / RF, CAD Customization, Digital CAD Connection Modeling. All products are developed by one company and with each other, so they are fully integrated and coordinated with each other. Silvaco TCAD is also able to simulate the physical characteristics of the tool during the process.

All-purpose 3D simulator using quadrilateral meshing engine to simulate complex 3D geometry quickly and accurately.

Simulation framework device that can be used to simulate the electrical, optical and thermal behavior of a semiconductor device.

It has a set of pre- and post-processing tools that have an interactive environment based on the graphical user interface before and after processing Silvaco services in 1D and 2D simulations.

The software is used to perform optimization and design experiments (DOE).

Supported Platforms

This release supports the following Platforms:

Linux RedHat Enterprise 5, 6 and 7

Windows 7 Professional 64bit, Windows 8 Professional 64bit, Windows 8.1 Professional 64bit

Notes:

Redhat clones such as CentOS or Scientific Linux are not supported.

To provide the longest support life it is currently recommended that Redhat Enterprise Linux 6 update 2 or Windows 7 64bit be used.

Our Windows applications are currently 32bit , all Silvaco applications will currently be limited to approximately 3GB of memory.

The following tools are not available on the Windows platform:

Installation

The PDF file shows how to install the old version, which can also be used for the latest version.

The 2018 version was installed and successfully activated on August 26, 1997 in 64-bit Windows 10; Both versions of Windows and Linux version 2019 have been tested with the same crack version 2018 by one of the dear users of the site and - as shown in the picture - has been successfully activated.
