Description

KAPPA Ecrin is a complete set of software for dynamic data analysis that provides all the necessary tools for this purpose in the field of advanced exploration and extraction of oil reservoirs. The most important software in this package is the Saphir program, which is used to analyze transient pressure behavior in oil reservoirs. This program is commonly used for test wells that examine and analyze reservoir behavior over time. The results of the test well have a great impact on detecting the true values of the reservoir parameters, and obtaining the true values of these changes after drilling the well provides engineers with an accurate and up-to-date model of the reservoir.

With this program, it is possible to calculate reservoir performance indices and various parameters such as reservoir rock permeability, crust coefficient, well accumulation and many other parameters involved in reservoir changes over time. This specialized program is basically based on the pressure derivative curve, which is time-dependent. Safir can be used for different reservoir modes such as horizontal wells, well interference, boundary pressure and dual porosity. Topaze NL is another software in this series for transient flow analysis that predicts the future performance of reservoirs by analyzing the drop curve and determines its characteristics. Ecrin has another software called Rubis for numerical multifunction modeling and finally Amethyste is a complete software for calculating the effects of uncertainty and efficiency of oil wells.
