Description

IVCAD is an advanced modeling and measurement software developed by Maury Microwave and AMCAD Engineering. This software is able to measure and manage the IV pulse cycle and scattering parameters up to harmonic tensile load and compressed transistor models. IVCAD supports a wide range of tensile loading techniques, including traditional tensile loading by external instruments, VNA-based tensile loading, active loading tensile strength, and hybrid tensile loading.

IVCAD software can perform DC-IV and pulsed-IV measurements and combine device modeling tools. Modern visualization capabilities of this software allow users to have a better ability to view, plot, and plot diagrams of measured data and be able to draw their designs in a visual space.
