Description

FlowJo is a powerful software for displaying and analyzing flow cytometric data. Flow cytometry or FCM is a suitable method for counting and analyzing microscopic particles such as chromosomes and cells. This is done by a special device called a flow cytometer. The flow cytometer is able to extract the phenotype and characteristics of cells based on fluorescence emission. This program is able to display the collected data in the form of one-dimensional, two-dimensional or three-dimensional histograms. Measuring scales are usually logarithmic with high accuracy. Therefore, analyzing this data in the computer automatically and by drawing three-dimensional diagrams has made the work of researchers very easy. This program can be used for both research and clinical purposes and has provided useful tools and capabilities in every field.

In addition, the user interface of the program is designed very simply and ribbons are used to group the tools, which gives quick access to the desired tool. In this program, you are able to define different samples in separate groups and analyze them in order. By right-clicking on different samples, you can change the group profile, including name, color, font, styles, roles, and so on. For each example separately, you can perform various operations such as adding keywords, statistics, displaying datasets, and so on.

Installation

Version 10.4:

After installing the software, run the Patch_wannacrack.com.exe file in the Crack folder with Run as administrator and click on Patch; Import the FlowJoEngine64.DLL file (and for the 32-bit version of the FlowJoEngine.DLL file) from the software installation location to apply the patch. Then copy the license.key file to a USB flash drive. Finally, run the software and select the Hardware based dongle option to activate.

! It must always be connected to the computer when running the flash memory software containing the license file.
